Richard Raap was born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago, and has been selling real estate in the community "full-time" for 34 years.
He is a graduate of Lane Tech High School, with a Bachelors degree from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale). Married to Susan McCarthy,
they began raising their two children in Jefferson Park before moving to Park Ridge.
He has been a full-time RE/MAX Realtor since 1984 and completed advanced real estate classes and State testing for his Broker license in 1990.
